Why am I getting 'Access Denied' in the SEUM monitor?

Issue: You are getting 'Access Denied' in the SEUM monitor?

Information: A recorded transaction using the Recorder under a domain account and automatically logs you in using your domain account. Transactions on the SEUM player use custom local accounts that are not part of any domain.

Resolution: Run the recorder under a local user account that does not have automatic logon. If the Recorder prompts you for domain credentials, enter them and they will be saved in the recording. Then, if the transaction is played on the player, these saved credentials will be used to log-in and should work as expected.
