Non-Agent Nodes Show as "Disconnected" in the LEM Console Status Bar

Issue
There is an issue in the 5.3.1 LEM Console that includes all non-Agent nodes in the "Disconnected" figure in the Nodes section of the LEM Console status bar (illustrated below). This is a known issue and we are working on a fix for a future release.

Workaround
To view the correct connection details for your LEM Agents, do any of the following.

  • Use the Refine Results pane in the Manage > Nodes view of the LEM Console to filter your list of nodes by any of the following:
    • Free text search
    • Manager
    • Tool Profile
    • Node Type
    • Connection Status
    • Agent Version
    • Host Operating System
    • USB Defender
    • Installation and Last Connected Date Ranges
  • Click Nodes in the status bar to navigate to the Manage > Nodes view of the LEM Console.
  • Click the "Connected" figure (grey) in the Nodes section of the status bar to navigate to the Manage > Nodes view of the LEM Console, filtered to show only your connected LEM Agents.
  • Click the "Disconnected" figure (red) in the Nodes section of the status bar to navigate to the Manage > Nodes view of the LEM Console, filtered to show only your disconnected LEM Agents.
