Follow the steps below to request the addition of your device vendor to the SolarWinds Orion SWNetPerfMon.cfg database:
- Navigate to www.thwack.com, and then log in.
Note: If you do not have a thwack account, it is easy to sign up. Navigate to www.thwack.com, and then click Not A Member? Sign Up Now! - Navigate to the "Tell Us Your Unknown Devices" thread by copying and pasting the following URL:
http://thwack.com/forums/t/4592.aspx. - Add your vendor, device, and any vendor- or device-specific OIDs or MIBs to the thread.
This thread is reviewed frequently and new OIDs/MIBs are added to the SolarWinds MIB.
