Issue: CatTools is unable to backup the FortiGate system after updating the operating system to MR3 Patch1.
Resolution: This is a known issue in this operating system version where the CLI command, Show, might not work when an administrator is associated with a customized profile. This issue is fixed in v4.0 MR3 - Patch Release 3, available on Fortigate’s website.
