In some environments in which a SolarWinds Toolset is already installed, the Toolset integration may not install automatically. The following procedure installs the Toolset integration in environments in which it has not installed automatically.
Note: Manual installation is required in Internet Explorer 8 with UAC enabled.
To install the Toolset integration:
- Download the Toolset integration installer from your primary SolarWinds server: http://SolarWindsServer:port/swtoolset.exe.
- Copy swtoolset.exe to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\ on your local SolarWinds installation.
- Acknowledge the UAC prompt, and then complete the installation.
