
The article has been updated successfully.Scenario: You try to backup your Cisco router using Kiwi Cattools and it works fine with Telnet. If you disable Telnet and enable SSH, you are able to connect to the router using the credentials in the device properties, but when you try to backup using the Kiwi software, the following error appears:
Error: Connect failed: 30002: Please set your login for selected protocol.
Resolution: Instead of selecting AAA username and password, select SSH username and password.
