Error message reports that system debuggers are active.

Issue: When launching Cat Tools, you get the following error message: "For security purposes, this program will not run while system debuggers are active. Please remove or disable the system debugger before trying to run this program again."

Cause: At times, a program may come across an unexpected error in its code. Some programs search for a debugger to have the error corrected when an internal error is triggered.

Resolution: Disable any installed debuggers. If this does not resolve the issue, complete the follownig steps:

In Internet Explorer click the Tools menu and then click Internet Options.
In the Internet Options dialog box, click on the Advanced tab.
Ensure that the Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other) check boxes are selected.

Note: You may need to restart your computer in order for the changes to take affect.
