Enabling Wake On LAN
Wake-On-Lan will need to be enabled in 2 places: In the BIOS of the computer, and in the settings of the NIC card. It must be configured to accept a Magic Packet. You will also need to record the MAC address & IP address of the computer you want to wake up.
Port used by Wake On LAN
Wake-On-Lan uses UDP discard port 7.
