Inaccurate DNS results when you try to use DNS Audit on Windows XP
XP's resolver becomes overloaded when trying to resolve more than two Netbios look-ups simultaneously. Microsoft resolved this issue with SP1.
Turning off WINS Netbios resolution
DNS Audit uses the Windows resolver. To disable Netbios lookups, use the TCP settings in Windows networking to Disable Netbios over TCP/IP.
