    The Cisco Config Viewer allows you to manually insert an IP Address or to automatically retrieve the IP Address. You can change your preferences by clicking on File/Preferences/TFTP Server Address, and then indicating which preference you prefer.

    This usually means the user is using an old catalyst and IOS. This is an error that occurs in the 2001 versions. Have them download the config viewer update for their 2001 version.
